Crawford Construction is an established building firm with a long history in construction.

We believe that strong communication is the key to any successful project. For this reason it was clear to us that having a local ‘high street’ office space, which our clients could walk into at any time, would not only be reassuring for our clients but also ensure the smooth running of each project. Since the opening of our Head Office on Walton Street, Oxford at the beginning of 2017 this has certainly proved to be the case. 2018 saw further expansion of the company. To deal with demand we opened the doors of our Kensington Office on Kensington Church Street, Kensington, London. Without doubt Crawford Construction benefits from the extensive knowledge, experience and reliability of our staff. The strength of our team both in our offices and on site ensures that the service we offer is consistent and dependable.

Our vision is to provide our clients with a complete construction service taking their building project from the pre-planning stage right through to completion – managing everything in between for them!Our portfolio boasts some of Oxford and London’s finest addresses and includes a variety of projects from complex new builds and listed buildings to large basement projects. The success of our approach is evident in that the majority of our work comes from recommendations and repeat custom, something we are incredibly proud of. We are also proud to be an approved and recommended member of The Federation of Master Builders, The Guild of Master Craftsmen and LABC Warranty. As we look to the future our aim is to retain the family values that we have built the company upon whilst expanding to enable us to offer our services to more commercial agents, land and property owners. I live immediately next door to a house, where Crawford Construction were working for roughly nine months, carrying out extensive building work. The men worked efficiently and tidily, with as little disruption as possible to both me and other neighbours. They were extremely polite and quickly made good one or two tiles of mine that were cracked in the process of their own roof works. The house is now extremely well-presented, including new windows and an excellent paint job on woodwork. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Ours was a challenging and utterly miserable renovation project, which saw completion delayed by over a year. Crawford Construction was involved throughout, and despite some truly desperate moments, did not turn their backs and remained engaged. I am amazed we are able to have a laugh about how miserable it was today - in part because through some significant ups and downs, Crawford Construction saw this through to the completion of a well-constructed home that was in the end, worth all the pain.
