Extension, refurbishment

Crawford & Co. Construction carried out a complete refurbishment of this Regency Grade II listed townhouse, which had been left untouched for many years. The work involved was extensive from the top to the bottom of the house, ranging from replacing the roof to underpinning the foundations and building a kitchen extension at the back of the property. Our master craftsmen paid careful attention when working on this listed building and ensured the character remained, reinstating period details where necessary.
